About the AMG Foundation
The AMG Charitable Foundation is proud to once again organize the Pete Frates 5K. The Foundation donates to a variety of non-profit organizations and community programs globally, with a focus on supporting educational, cultural, environmental, health, social, and other charitable initiatives in communities where AMG teammates live and work. In 2018, AMG was a cornerstone donor in helping to establish the Sean M. Healey & AMG Center for ALS, with the goal of advancing scientific research in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and developing effective treatments for people with ALS. AMG’s investment in the Sean M. Healey & AMG Center for ALS has already helped to fund a number of research breakthroughs, broaden the availability of treatments globally, and attract talented scientists to the ALS field.
